Allied World Assurance (Hong Kong)

Working closely with Interics Asia was Allied World’s CRS team in the US and Hong Kong to house their assurance and re-insurance groups, this was a merger of 2 companies with different cultures, requirements and policies. One of the key challenges was to merge two filing systems one heavily dependent upon paper, space and different shelving requirements the other being electronic based only and find a solution that was compliant with the electronic standards of the parent Company Allied World. This global Assurance company required offices that were highly functional, and embodied a dynamic company moving into the future, with an added component of there being a very condensed timeline, this project required considerable effort to ensure that all the client goals were met within the highly compressed schedule.
